Help deploying VM on a MacBook Pro

To whomever can help,

I am in massive need of help getting the Virtual Machine to work on my MacBook Pro.  My company just upgraded from a PC (windows) computer to all Mac's.  I have been trying to set-up a Virtual Machine only to have the computer not connect.  I am getting an error stating that the RDP port 3389 is being blocked.  I am used the Qlik Sense on Azure guide and I get to step #35 but the application will not connect.  Can someone help with steps that need to be taken to rectify this issue.  I am getting the following error:

• RDP
• SSH

To connect to your virtual machine via RDP, select an IP address, optionally change the port number, and download the RDP file.

Inbound traffic to the Public IP address may be blocked. You can update inbound port rules in the VM Networking page.
