    Issues after Server version and license upgrade

      We've made two changes last Friday :

      • Update our server software from v9.0SR4 to SR7
      • Update our community license to a bunch of user document cals


      Right now, we're experiencing two issues :

      • Some accounts receive the error Message "Failed to open document, for unknown reasons
      • The accounts that don't experience this, get "Lost Connection to Server" very frequently (every time a data restriction is made).



      We use ticketing and DMS Mode. The Client is ZeroFootprint Ajax.


      EDIT : We have a testserver as well, running SR7. On the testserver, no such behaviour shows... for that reason I guess my problems must be license-related...Does anybody have any idea what I could do?
