Oracle BI Server ODBC

Hi all,

I would like to use Oracle BI Server as a data source for QlikView.

Is it possible from QlikView to connect directly to Oracle BI Server through ODBC API?

Thank you in advance.

Hi,

To connect to Oracle BI Server you can use the ODBC connection.

All you have to do is create a user DSN to connect to Oracle Server and then use this ODBC connection in Qlikview to Connect to Oracle Server.

Here is a path from which you can create user DSN.

Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative tools -> ODBC

Click on Add and provide credentials.
