AccessPoint logged in as Server Administrator - Qlik Community

How does AccessPoint identify the logged in user?

I have one user that is identified as the administrator from the server that the QVS is running on. He is a member of the admin team, but I am also and AccessPoint shows logged in as my LAN ID.

Any idea where the disconnect is?

what webserver are you using? IIS or QVWS?

Perhaps the user logged in manually as administrator and saved the credentials. Go to the User Accounts control panel, select the Advanced tab, click on the Manage Passwords button and remove any saved passwords for that server.
