I have been experimenting with the publish, schedule, and task items.
One item I do not understand.
If I create a subdirectory under the root folder, how do I publish a document to that subdirectory?
Or is the preferred method to create mounted folders outside of the root folder and publish to those?
Unfortunately, Publisher doesn't currently allow the selection of sub-folders for distribution.
I have used several mounted folders to gain greater control over distribution of documents.
Be careful not to create mounted folders that are sub-folders to other mounted folders or the root folder. You will see the same documents list multiple times in AccessPoint if this occurs.
