QV 10 SR3 lose document CALs allocated when restart the server

We have the QV10 SR3 installed on a windows 2008 R2. All the server has been instalated from scratch. The problem is that every time that we restart the server we lose the allocated document CALs and the assigned users of the named user CALs. Anybody knows what are happening? Thanks

We have reinstalled the server again and now it works ok. The problem probably was that we had changed the name of the windows 2008 R2 server. It didn't like to qlikview...
