Hi,
The problem with this report is to provide monthly columns do not rule on the month I choose but the YTD does. I would like to create a dynamic trend report with month on columns and on the right YTD and Index values. Would like to select a month and the report should show from Jan to the selected month in a straight table and then also show YTD and Index. / mikael
In the pivot table add the below set analysis to your expression (I am assuming you have a field "Year" if not replace with the appropriate field):
{<Year={"$(=max(Year))"},Month=>}
Hope it helps,
Kiran.
Hi,
the month values seems to be correct but when I select for example sept 2011 I only want mont from Jan 2011 to sep 2011 and then on the right side also have YTD and Index.
Is this possible ?
Earliest post will help you create values from Jan to Sept for current year.
YTD is nothing but total of all the months. Just a subtotal on month dimension will do the job.
I dont understand what Index you mean. Can you explain about what to index and how it works?
Kiran
