What are the differences in performance between QV web server and IIS?

Is there available data about performance differences between using the QlikView web server or IIS as the QlikView server front-end? I guess IIS would perform better than QVWS under heavy load, but I am looking for data about a real-world comparison. Does such a report exist?

Thanks for your answer but I am specifically looking for precise data about performance comparison (like "if there are 30 simultaneous sessions, IIS is 3 times faster than QVWS"). I do not have the resources to make such tests and was hoping there was such a report available.
