Format Totals on Bar Charts as Money$000,000.00

I have a Straight Table chart that has a total at the top of the column which is a number column formated as money. My client wants a bar chart of the same data, but the "Total" Bar on the chart does not display the results in the money format as it does in the table chart. How can I get the "Total" number to display with the money format on the bar chart?

Hi,

i don't understand your issue clearly. but i think that you want to display the figure on the top of the bar.

Just change the option on the expression tab, instead of using number on data point use text on data point.

May be this resolve your problem.

Thank you for your response. Yes I need to display the values on the bars. Text on data point does not solve the problem and the $$'s disappear on all the bars.
