I have CAL user license to the server, but when I try to Open In Server, I am receiving this error.
What could be causing this error? (see attached screenshot)
I need to develop reports urgently, so if you could help, I would really appreciated.
1. Verify your username or password are correct. Many times you have to include the domain in the username. If you user is local to the server you would use the servername\username. Avoid the IP address.
2. Verify the server is correct. You might try the server name or IP address.
3. Verify you don't have a firewall that is blocking port 4747.
