Probably there is some more elegant solution, but for now, try

=if(Dimensionality()=0,

sum({\$<Rubros1={'Imp. Flete M.N.'}, Mes={'*'}>}[Imp. Flete M.N.])

+sum({\$<Rubros1={'Imp. Base M.N.'}, Mes={'*'}>}[Imp. Base M.N.])

+sum({\$<Rubros1={'Imp.Surcharge M.N.'}, Mes={'*'}>}[Imp.Surcharge M.N.]),

if(Rubros1 =  'Imp. Flete M.N.', sum({\$<Rubros1={'Imp. Flete M.N.'}, Mes={'*'}>}[Imp. Flete M.N.]) ,

if(Rubros1 =  'Imp. Base M.N.', sum({\$<Rubros1={'Imp. Base M.N.'}, Mes={'*'}>}[Imp. Base M.N.]) ,

if(Rubros1 =  'Imp.Surcharge M.N.', sum({\$<Rubros1={'Imp.Surcharge M.N.'}, Mes={'*'}>}[Imp.Surcharge M.N.]) ,))))

You're welcome.

Just checked that the 'usual suspect' sum-of-rows-in-pivot-table using advanced aggregation also works:

=sum(aggr(

if(Rubros1 =  'Imp. Flete M.N.', sum({\$<Rubros1={'Imp. Flete M.N.'}, Mes={'*'}>}[Imp. Flete M.N.]) ,

if(Rubros1 =  'Imp. Base M.N.', sum({\$<Rubros1={'Imp. Base M.N.'}, Mes={'*'}>}[Imp. Base M.N.]) ,

if(Rubros1 =  'Imp.Surcharge M.N.', sum({\$<Rubros1={'Imp.Surcharge M.N.'}, Mes={'*'}>}[Imp.Surcharge M.N.]) ,)))

,Rubros1,Mes))
