How to make a row not load in an expression

Hi i'm looking for an expression to make a row not load if the data is blank in multiple rows, see example

Customer NumberLandlineMobile
00101234 45678907890 123456
00208791 123456
00301234111222
004--
005--

Customer number , land line and Mobile details exist in different tables.

I want to write an expression where the Customer Number Row will disapear if there are no land line or mobile details(see row 4&5)

Ive tried suppress value when null which you can do one or either but not both because all the data disapears. Is there a work around to this?

Paul,

do you want the line to be removed from your data entirely (i.e. during load in the script)?

Or just from showing in table chart object? If latter, which object type do you use, which dimensions and expressions?

I understood that the fields reside in different tables, how are these fields linked to each other?
