Generate URL Values for use in a Table?

I have been asked to add hyperlink functionality to a table. Thankfully, the URL format will always be:

http://slow/request/MSR/Main/Frame.asp?appId=22&requestId=######

where ###### is the "request_id" field value. Unfortunately, there is no existing field that lists the URL for each associated request_id entry, so I need to somehow use the request_id values to generate a field of URLs. Not sure how to go about doing that (inline table? variable?), and not sure how to use these vales in the needed table to be represented as "Link". Help?
