Publisher 8.20 "You do not have access to this Qlikview Publisher Control Panel"

Hi All

ok, its an old installation but still in use.  I was setup ages ago and can administer this publisher but a new team member cannot - gets the message "You do not have access to this Qlikview Publisher Control Panel".  We are both part of the "Administrators" group on the server ( see image ) and unlike my QV 9 system, there is no "QV administrators" user group configured on the server.

Any ideas how to add the new team member ?

The other user has to add you inside of the publisher setup. Look on page 88 of the attached manual.
