How can i display 1000 as 1k, 700 as .7k and so on........

Hi,

go to your chart/straight/pivot table properties > Number tab > select your expression > on the bottom right there's "Thousand Symbol" type k under it then OK.

That should convert your data to thousands

I tried it it and its not working coz i have values between 0 -to- 2000.....

The thing you told will only work when the values start from 1000.

Anyhow i found the solution:

I divided all my values by 1000 and then gave "k" in symbol box

divide expression  by 1000 and

in number -> fixed to in text type K after format
