    User Documents not expanding


      Has anyone experienced this?

      On our Test server (never happens on the Prod server),  the User Documents "+" sometimes does not expand to display the document list.

      When you click on the +, it just gives you the "nothing in here" period.

      I "fix" it by restarting all QV services.

      Once I do that, it's sometimes good for a couple weeks, and sometimes it stops expanding after hours and goes away four or five times a day.

      Rebooting the server does the same thing as restarting the services.

      I'm tired of getting email from users saying "test is broken", and going in and restarting services, so any advice/thoughts would be appreciated.

      It's a mystery to me...
