QV 11 Desktop Does not open from time to time

Hi All,

I Have installed QV 11 To New Kliants On on virtual machine and another on local server,

from time to time (avg once a week) the Software Does not open, I click on the icon and it does not respond ,

only when i restart the computer it opens.

Some one news what to do?
