Document failed to load after Upgrade

hi,

   We upgraded our qlikview server to SR4 last week. We put some patch yesterday to fix some bugs. After that whenever we try to publish the application we get the following error:'Failed to open document-You have no access on the server' or 'Failed to open document.corrupt file'.

Although we don't have nay section access we get this error. let me know if you have any solutions.

I remember an issue I saw a long time ago and I am wondering if the "Initial Data Reduction" box is checked under document properties.
