    Scheduled Reloads - Reload Engine reports "Failed to Contact Service"

      Hi,

       

      I've got an issue with Qlikview server's automatic document reloads. I can't seem to get them to run.

       

      Couple key points:

       

      • I've got the system setup to reload every 6 hours.
      • I've confirmed that the services are running, and are running under a user account which is both a system Administrator and Qlikview Administrator.
      • There are no errors when manually reloading.
      • I am seeing the error in Qlikview Enterprise Management Console > Status > Services. Reload engine is marked with a red X, status Disconnected, Message is "Failed to contact service."

       

      Any help you guys could provide is most appreciated.
