    Debating Premium Support vs Standard Support?

      We are a large SAP shop with Premium support for SAP issues and use it often.

      Curious to hear from other SAP shows using Qlikview, if there is a need for Premium Support vs Standard Support.

          I see that you have not received any feedback on your question from customers, if I may provide some insight. What it should boil down to is if you have documents that if they are not viewed for a few days is ok. Premium support obviously covers you 24x7 for severity 1 issues, and the response times and SLA's are much tighter in relation to time frame for initial response and updates on the case.
