accesspoint page is freezing in “loading content” page

Hi ,

Sometimes, our accesspoint page is freezing in “loading content” page and it is sticking with the same even after 5 -10 mins. This behavior is happening only with I.E browser and accesspoint page is opening in other browsers without any issue.

We are using QV 11 SR1 and IIS not webserver.

Anbody is having similer issue or any suggetions.
