Can I add a custom trend line to a chart?

On a chart, in the Expressions tab, I can pick a Trendline from a list (i.e. Average, Linear etc.).

Is there a way that I can add a custom line showing a target number?

Use Chart Properties > Presentation > Reference Lines and input your expression. Here is an example.
