Asking the credentials after export the excel trough online

Dear All,

    I have an issue while exporting the excel for any chart trough the online,it was asking the once again user credentials. client requirement is it should not popup for user credentials.

   At any change anybody face this issue.can you please help me out on this.

Hi Guys.

    I got the solution. You need to enable one property at the browser end.

Go to Internet Options--->Security Tab---->Click on Custom

level----->Set the property of "User Authentication"---> Automatic Logon

with the current username and password.
