User is able to open the access point but he is able to see any documents that are supposed to see..
is there any error
might be restart qv server service from run -> services.msc will help

Check that the user has access to the document in folder-struture. NTFS.
Users need read access.
user already had access to say 6 documents he was able to see all those documents but we had issue on prod server last month, server was hang and after restart of server everyone was able to access it but this 1 user is facing the difficulty.
