How do I skip the access point page

I want that a user can enter a specific document directly without going through the access point page.

I have another question, how do I omit the toolbar that appears at the top of the page (that lets the user to clear all, back etc.)

For skipping the AccessPoint, (assuming you use single sign on), just open a document from your AccessPoint, then copy the URL. You now have a URL that takes you straight to the application, even though it actually takes you through AccessPoint, just not showing you the portal page.
