I’ve been having a problem with License Leasing on Qlikview. I have Qlikview for Windows V10 64 bit Edition installed on my machine.
I’ve been trying to open our Model off the server in order get a license.
I’ve followed these steps:
- Navigated to: File>Open In Server>
- Typed in the location> “qvp://Qlikview-agct”
- Selected a model “ServiceRequests.qvw”
However following these steps does not seem to change the license as the License Key under Document Support Information still reflects as "[Personal Edition]", whilst other users in my team have been able to acquire the license following these steps.
Can someone please advise of other possible steps to get to the license related to this model.
