I have a user that cannot open the QV app on Ipad, when he connects what it does is that it sort of runs forerver!!
when I try to open the same link on my computer it works.
what do you think seems to be the problem?
Is he using the Ipad client or going through the accesspoint?
First of all thanks for your reply, and yes it's the Ipad client that causes the problem, the accesspoint works just fine, what do you think doesn't work in the Ipad client?
What version of QV server are you running?
the version is 11 I guess.
The iPad client seems to work only starting v11 SR 2
You need to validate that. The Ipad client only works with version 11
I don't understand, what I can not validate something I don't know. How would I know the version of QV server used?
