Users using Windows 7 machines receive this message when connecting using Internet Explorer (AJAX applet) to connect to hypelinks taken from the access point: "website(VISAN11) is online but isn't responding to connection attempts". The links are taken from the Access Point, but placed in a separate html page to which the users are linked rather than having the users connect directly to the Access Point. Windows XP users do not experience any problems with the connection. VISAN11 is the name of the server running QlikVIew Server. This is a Windows Server 2008 R2 machine with Microsoft IIS installed.
