Dear All,
We have a situation wherein the customer want to know whats the attrition rate and with a drill down to the list of employees who are contributing to net employee movement (net of employees quit and joined) for a period of time.
We receive a list of employees (Complete list) every month and we have to compare the list between months to identify the movement of employees.

From the list we need to identify that Employee C, E,F,G have quit and Emplyee G has joined and display Net movement of (-3) in the bar graph and while clicked on Bar a list of employees should be shown.
Can anyone suggest if this can be handled programmatically.
