Excluding a selection from a Pivot table

I have a pivot with a list of clients and stats beside them.

I want to permanently exclude a group of people (Tier A) from the pivot without having to make selections in the Tier list box.

What is the best way to go about this?

Client               Tier               $

Client A               Tier A          xx

Client B               Tier A          xx

Client C               Tier B           xx

Client D               Tier B          xx

Client E               Tier C          xx

Replace the dimension Tier with a calculated dimension if(Tier<>'Tier A', Tier) and check the option Suppress When Value Is Null for the calculated dimension.

Doesn't seem to work- they are still showing up.

Any other ideas?
