I am facing the report hanging issue in the accesspoint.
Once the user is trying to access the report the accesspoint page is showing LOADING but it is not opening , we have checked the shared file and found that the shared file is getting locked . Once we release the file manually the report is opening (not for that particular user). Once that particular user try again we are facing the similar Issue.
Kindly let us know your suggestions on this. Is ther any thing related to IE plugin?
