Hello there!,
Does upgrading QlikView Server from version 11.00.11271 to version 11.2 SR1 requires to uninstall the current version?
I am somehow confused because the Release Notes, section 4.1 QlikView Desktop says:
"To upgrade, previous versions of QlikView need not be uninstalled."
However, at the bottom of the page, section 4.2.3 From QlikView 11, it says:
"It is recommneded to uninstall earlier versions of QlikView 11 before installing the the Qlikview 11.2"
I need to upgrade QlikView Server, not QlikView Desktop, so, I think I should uninstall the old version 11.
However, I better be safe that sorry, so, can someone who has gone thru the process please clarify?.
