Error when no concurrent licences available

Hello

Hopefully a simple question...

If I have 4 concurrent user licences and all are in use, when user number 5 comes along, will they see an error message in Access Point if they attempt to open an application?

We've not encountered this scenario yet, but I'd like to know what (if any) error the user will see if there are no concurrent licenses available and they do not have a session CAL assigned to them.
