Failed to start the task from .bat file

Hello

I have a task that runs on a .bat file, it hasn't been lauched for a while I get this error though

"Failed to start the task due to the following error:FailedToContactDistributionService"

what do you think is the reason?

Also please check DistributionService is up and running.
