    Need help in enabling ticket (QV 10 SR 2) on clustered environment

      Hi All,

        I can get tickets in non-clustered environment with below settings. But I couldn't do the same in clustered environment.

       

      Ensured the below things:

      1. Requesting user name should be part of Qlikview Administrator group
      2. Getticket.aspx should have only Windows authentication enabled.
      3. In QEMC confirm that DMS authentication option is selected.

       

      Any help is really very much appreciated!!
