SAP OLAP Data query

Hi Guys,

I am battling to load data from a SAP BW server.  I have loaded the SAPOLAPConnector 5.71 and all users have been set up on the SAP side by their IT guys.  When I connect I can view all cubes and queries in the Infoprovider - and can construct a query to run in the script editor using slicing.  As soon as I load the script it takes a few seconds to get to the Load * and then nothing happens for hours.  If left to it's own time I have received a timeout response after about 9 hours...

If we run the query on the BW side it returns within seconds.

Where can we start tracing the problem?
