QVS Statistics: Could not connect to the QlikView Server

Hi,

I have installed QLikView enterprise Vs 11.00 and distributed some Documents. Users can access to them and also navigate without problems. At the first sight everything works well but QVS Statistics, when I selected the Tab and the correct server an error appears and no statistcs are visualized.

Can someone give me any suggest ?

I have tried to re-start server and back to QVS Statistics; Statistics appeared without Users connected, but, when I have opened a Document and Refreshed the QVS the error appears again.

I have readed about the similar Task, but licenses (20 CAL) appears correctly installed.

I have the same problem on my QV 11.20 SR2 cluster.

I have this for only 1 server, i can see the statistics of the 2 other servers.

It is on the server where the licenses are stored.

When i go to the licenses, i can see that 1502 licenses are assigned, but when i go to the tab assigned licenses, the list is empty.

Anyone with a suggestion?
