I have some of the users that login through the access portal but can't scroll tables or export to excel.
I am getting crazy here.

You can allow export to excel to certain users only in QMC. So please check the setting (under User documents, AFAIR).
Not sure about the scrolling.
I guess I am doing something terribly wrong.
Looking at Documents->server->Availability --> evrything is checked (see below).
And actually when I am login-in with the same user into a different computer, it is working for me.
Which client are you using? If you are using IE plugin, have you double checked that all users / computers have the latest /same version installed?
Actually most of my users are using Chrome and Firefox.
It is SO strange.
I actually tried now Internet Explorer (on windows 8 so its the latest) and it WORKS !
But still on Chrome and Firefox it is not !!!
What mode did you open using IE8 ?
Is that IE plugin version or Ajax Zero footprint ?
touch screen features enabled on this PC?

Did you get to the bottom of it?
What I did find is that they had to go and use Internet Explorer and not Chrome.....
I'm getting the same issues. Did anything get resolved other than getting them to use IE?
Please check once in your document properties
weather you are allowing Export or not
settings-->Document Properties-->security-->check Allow Export option
The Allow Export option is ticked anyway. But I don't think the issue is a document setting as tables work fine when opened through my browser.
it looks like a version in compatibility between QlikView and internet browser. Have you already checked the Release notes for the QlikView version you have installed?
What version are you running?
I see there was a bug that listed the issue as:

Could this be your issue?
Hi Bill, they were just normal PC's running Windows 7.
It's not just the scrollbars either, they can't click in the table and there is no export to Excel button.
I would open a support ticket on this issue.
