How to get Week by week changes

Hi All,

I need to compare the data on a weekly basis like below eg:

Week            Address          amount

week1           India                  1000

week1           Us                       011

week1           Uk                        098

week1            Msai                    908

week1            Singapore           100

week1            Malaisia              709

week1             China                 2000

Week           Address          amount

week2           India                  5000

week2           Us                       011

week2           Uk                        098

week2            Msai                    908

week2            Singapore           900

week2            Malaisia              709

week2             China                 2000

Here the rquirement is we have to show as below:

In 1st table : Only Changes

Week            Address          amount

week1           India                  1000

week2           India                  5000

week1            Singapore           100

week2            Singapore           900

In 2nd table : Total data

week1           India                  1000

week1           Us                       011

week1           Uk                        098

week1            Msai                    908

week1            Singapore           100

week1            Malaisia              709

week1            China                 2000

week2           India                  5000

week2           Us                       011

Let me guide how we can do this at design level.

Thanks its working for changing of particular field......but in my case around  40/50 fields are there and they might be change at any column on weekly basis on particular number filed like SERIAL No.(unique number)

Eg:

SERIAL No.  Week            Address          amount    type  status    ......no.of fields
