Expressor: Composite Type Attributes - Minimum Length

I'm brand new to Expressor, so please bear with me as I might be asking a lot of simple questions.

I spend a couple days digging into the program, and doing some basic data moving.  I noticed that when I work against a SQL table with a varchar(n) column, Expressor assumes a Minimum and Maximum Length in the Composite Type(s).  Since the SQL column accepts NULL, I just deselect the Minimum Length attribute.  However, I noticed that after moving the data into the table, Expressor still pads the strings to the right.

Did I miss something?  I would prefer it did not pad the strings.

      Thanks in advance!
