QlikView Server Services Won't Start !

Dear Community,

I'm using QlikView 11 and have trouble starting Windows services for QlikView Server and QlikView Management Console.

An attempt to restart/start the service gives the following error (please see screenshot below).

Edit: Could this be an issue with the port no? If yes, how can I change the port no?

(Note: Restarting the physical machine did not help)

Edit2: Changed the Service Log on account to Local System Account and it works ! though it starts the service, gives the following error.

Access Denied

Membership of local security groups is missing.

Please refer to the manual for more information.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Forgot to add the Service Log on account to QlikView Administrators group.

Now it works.
