We've serious issue regarding CALs in QMC. All the Doc CALs for all the qvws published on the server are gone.
Can you help me to identify how they got deleted. Is there any possible mechanism to restore the old CALS?
Guess your PGO files correpted. Just take backup and delete them while your QVS is down.
Then restart the QVS.
Could you please answer my below question
Are you migrate QV server or desktop versions.
Is there any possiblity to recover the old CALS incase pgo files are corrupted?
No, we've not migrated the QV Server/QlikView Desktop in the recent past.
It was all working on Friday. I've noticed the issue today only.
There is no automated policy for PGO files it seems. You have to take it by manually.
I have seen that in another please. I'd strongly recommend you to log a Support case in firstname.lastname@example.org or through the Partner Portal.
Hope that helps.
I would like report this issue to QlikTech Support team. Can you let me know what piece of information do I need to attach with pls !
The QlikView version and the Server license, for the time being. They will ask you for further info if they need them.
I forgot to mention by the way that this does not happen from release 11.20 SR2 onwards.
Many Thanks Miguel...have raised a ticket with the support team.
