Thank you for your quick response. The IE Plug in is deployed on Citrix but I don't believe Office is Installed. That could be the issue.
I have found a workaround if we right click and left click export we are able to save the file as Excel. This is a confusing solution to users as they end up on the Citrix Server drive an need to search on the Citrix server for their computer to save the Excel.
So for now I have a way to accomplish the request.
