Images as dimension in bar chart?

Hello,

I was wondering if it was possible to display an image on a bar chart dimension instead of a name? An example I have is of wanting to show a bar chart that has sales against about 10 countries. So instead of having 'USA' as a dimension I would want to show the flag instead. I haven't come across anything that suggests this is possible, is it possible as a pop up even?

I'm afraid that you can do that on straight or pivot tables but not in other chart types.
