I am a Qlikview Developer and wanted to learn Server Administration using my company Dev Server.

Could you please point me to some simple resources for beginners to Learn Qlikview server Administration.

Have you tried QlikView Server Reference Manual ? Once server is installed, you would find the same in pdf in the documentation folder.
