Qlik Alerting Mobile app login error

Hi All,

I encounter a problem when logging into my Qlik Alerting server on mobile browser.
I can access to the Qlik Alerting web portal through browser on my device however, when I click login with Qlik Sense, it will go to the page "Safari cannot open the page because the server cannot be found" as shown in the pictures below.

  

I've also tried login using QR reader on Qlik Alerting mobile app but got error. I know this one might be because I haven't login yet to my Qlik Alerting Server on mobile browser. Another login credentials using server & port also seem like not working.

For additional info, I'm able to login my Qlik Sense Hub using mobile browser. Currently using Qlik Sense version August 2023 and Qlik Alerting July 2023 SR1.
