How can I seperate filtered sum value and overall sum value?

Hello fellow communities,

Here I have and issue where i am required to categorize total quantity of particular item into their quantity range. When it's filtered and only 1 item is selected, it shows perfectly.

How can I sum the quantity by distinct purchasing document then group according to quantity range?

But it's no purchasing document is selected at all, it will sum all the quantity and let it all be above 30,001.
