Nprinting Table data Restriction

Hi,

 I have a weekly Nprinting schedule which triggers to respective owners every week for any approval. Mail content is working fine with variables in Script.

 I am attaching one table data, which has complete data. Is there any way we can restrict data in table as well. First column is user ID in table. If Email triggering to that respective user , table should send only info for that user .. not entire table.

Any help on this

Hi,

You can add filter for that respective users and then send the reports.

@Parthiban  I have around 1000 plus users. Mail triggering will happen based on that week's count. for selective users.

 But inside table how to apply filters while attaching to respective owners

In above scenario . I have one bar chart and this raw data as table. 

As per my email logic To and Cc  ,email sending separately to Alex and Churp.. 

But table attachment shows all the records for both the users.

My requirement is for Alex has to see only his own records not others

Hi,

Ok, then you can create a filter with the field Owner. And then add that filter in respective User tab then combine all users in a single group. Finally add that group in task and then you can trigger the task.
