Api to get number of users of an app

Is there any QRS/ QLik engine JSON api endpoint I can use to get number of users of an app?

Api key vs jwt vs session token vs whatever is the method of authentication which will vary depending on your specific implementation. Regardless of the method you use to authenticate your users, the request will still be tied back to a specific user in your database.
