Catalog on RHEL 8.5

I loaded Catalog on RHEL 8.5 (supported as of this message).

In this release it seems the containers are now in podman vs. docker.

I'm having problems getting podman to start the qlik containers (none of the 3 loaded run)

Has anyone loaded Catalog on RHEL 8.5 and had this work...just curious.

I have a support case in, but its been days and no response, working on escalation...getting irritating.

Hi,

Just got it working with Hordy's help.  Turned systemd grabbed port 9090, more than likely pre-install of the Catalog install...had to reassign ports in the yml (used 9091).  Clean out the containers and pod, reload, restart...working now

Catalog works with RHEL 8.5 including podman containers.

Can you provide additional details, messages, status that you are getting so we might be able to help you further?   Do you have your support case number?

Thanks!

Chris
